The Port Arthur Independent School District Athletic Department would like to welcome you to our new process of accepting the required UIL athletic participation forms electronically. CLICK THE LINK ABOVE TO GET STARTED!

We are in the process of making it easier for parents/guardians and student-athletes to complete the required forms your son/daughter needs each year they wish to participate in athletics for Port Arthur ISD. Other than the Physical/Medical History form that is located under the "Download and Print” tab, all other forms must be submitted electronically under “Electronic Participation Forms”. We will no longer use hard copies of the physical packets. For directions on how to fill out forms, please click on the “Instructions” tab.
